I, Helena HOLLINWORTH widow and Relict of Alex r HOLLINWORTH of Old Hall in the township of Hollingworth in the County of Chester Gentleman deceased being of infirm body but of sound mind, memory and understanding blessed be God. Do this sixth day of December in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and eighty-six make and publish this my last Will & Testament in manner following.

That is, I give and devise and bequeath all my wearing apparel, rings, jewels and other ornaments therein to with all my plate, china ware and all and singular my household goods and chattels and utensils of household furniture of what nature or fix so ever standing and being at Old Hall or wherever or either in my own custody or in the custody of others. Together with all my ready money, money out at interest, notes, bills, bonds or other securities whatsoever. Also with all my right power and interest I have or may have to the Tithes of Mottram parish at my decease by virtue of  a lease granted to me by the Revd Dr WRAY of Darlington and all the Interest, power and profits and the Reversion there of  so being as the same shall continue in my name to my Daughter Elizabeth HOLLINWORTH to have and to hold all and singular the abovesaid goods and chattels to my daughter Elizabeth and to her sole use and disposition thereof forever.

And lastly revoking all other wills by ne heretofore made. I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said daughter Elizabeth HOLLINWORTH the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Helena HOLLINWORTH have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

On the 11th day of August 1842 Administration (with the Will annexed) of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of Helena HOLLINWORTH otherwise Hollingworth late of Old Hall in the township of Hollingworth in the County of Chester Widow deceased was granted to Joshua BRUCKSHAW the Administrator (with the Will annexed) of the Goods of Elizabeth HOLLINWORTH otherwise Hollingworth Spinster deceased whilst living the daughter sole Executrix and Residuary Legatee named in the said will having been first sworn by Commission only to administer the said Elizabeth HOLLINWORTH otherwise Hollingworth survived the said deceased but died without taking upon her the Execution of the said Will at least in this Court.
